FROM DEBT

TO RELIEF

Donald K. Campbell, III

Partner/Member Attorney

E-mail: don@campbellgrooms.com

Don received his Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville Leflar Law Center in 1984. He was awarded a B.A. in History from the College of Wooster in Wooster, Ohio, in 1979, and studied German language at the Goethe Institute-Muranau, West Germany, in 1977. Don was born in Crossett, Arkansas and moved to Little Rock in 1960 when the corner of West Markham and Rodney Parham was on the outer end of the city limits. He has practiced law since 1984 and has litigated a wide variety of matters including business litigation, real estate issues,

admiralty cases, bankruptcy issues, family law matters, personal injury claims, fire loss cases and white collar criminal cases.

Don believes the founding fathers of our country created a jury system that has allowed our community and neighbors to use their common sense for over 200 years to determine what is constitutes fair compensation for injuries caused by someone's negligent acts.

He believes special interest groups, like the "insurance cartel," should not be able to influence Legislators and Congressmen to pass laws to limit these inalienable constitutional rights that patriots of our country have died protecting. A person who is injured, whether physically or financially, should receive fair compensation for his injury even if a rich powerbroker or multi-billion dollar corporation has caused the injury.
